Wheelchair Day Challenge raises awareness by a “hands on” activity where people can experience and also witness what the situations is that a person in a wheelchair may encounter. This challenge was held a whole week, from Monday to Friday. There was 3 public figures as volunteers chosen in advance for one day of the week. These individuals used a wheelchair for between 6 to 8 hours. It was also planned in advance what that person will do that day. varying from normal daily activities to other things such as • Work • In Town • Lunch and more.
Some of those hours was documented with pictures and video so that each participants was able to share their experience so that others can get a glimpse of what they have gone through.
