We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to support our team.

SBO 4+

Full-time

40 hours per week

The Position

  • As part of our team, you contribute to achieving our goals and successes in aftercare for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions.
  • You welcome clients and assist them at the front desk, by phone, and through other media.
  • You carry out front-office tasks for both our exercise facility AP Center, and transport service Wheelee.
  • You assist in performing administrative and supporting tasks for management.
  • You follow and are involved in the development of our organization.
  • You assist in executing internal processes.
  • You support the implementation of external communication and projects.

    Your profile

    • A positive, flexible, hands-on, and versatile person who takes initiative, works independently, and is enthusiastic about learning more about our field and all that it entails.
    • Customer-oriented towards both internal and external clients.
    • Proficient in Dutch, Papiamentu, and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and quick to learn new applications.
    • Solution-oriented, accurate, and skilled in preparing summaries and reports.
    • Genuinely interested in providing services to people with physical disabilities.
    • Positive team spirit, responsible, and development oriented.
