What is the Impact Ride-Off?
The Impact Ride-Off is a friendly 5 vs. 5 spinning competition between companies for 90 minutes, introduced as part of the 10th Annual Fitness Challenge. It promotes teamwork, fitness, and inclusion.
How do companies participate?
Companies sign up via our online form and pay a participation fee of 500 guilders. Each company forms one team of 5 employees.
What does the competition involve?
Teams will compete for 90 minutes and will be judged on technique, participation, and resistance level used during the spinning session. A panel of judges will evaluate each matchup.
Do we need to buy tickets separately?
No, once the company has been registered, all team members will get full access to the whole event with all areas
When will we know who weâre competing against?
On May 15th, weâll host a fun “Matchup Reveal” moment where teams will find out their competition and time slot.
Whatâs included in the prize package?
Winning teams receive a framed team photo certificate, an Inclusion Insights session, a tour of Fundashon Alton Paas, and an employee motivational booster.
Can any company join?
Yes! All companiesâlarge or smallâare welcome to join and show their commitment to inclusion and positive impact.
